Novant Health offers convenience at your fingertips with online scheduling and pre-registration

Our goal is to quickly and successfully register you into our system – so we can spend more time having meaningful conversations and connecting with you and your family.

Appointments

Across our multi-state system, Novant Health provides access to online appointment scheduling and same-day availability, including virtual care through our video visits and e-visits for non-emergency needs. Regardless of where you are located, as long as you have a computer or mobile device with internet connection, and a MyChart account, you can schedule a virtual care appointment. If you prefer a more traditional appointment, you can directly schedule an office visit or request an appointment with your primary care provider.

Schedule an appointment

Using this feature, you may search for a physician that takes care of adults or children and directly schedule an appointment when it’s convenient for you. It's one of the ways we're personalizing healthcare to fit your needs.

Request an appointment

Request an appointment with a provider by indicating a date and time when you would like to be seen. A staff member will contact you to schedule an appointment and may gather additional information to better serve you.

Virtual Care

Novant Health is making care easy and convenient through online video visits and e-visits from anywhere as long as you have internet access. Virtual care is for non-emergency issues and may be scheduled as same day appointments.

Pre-registration

Few people like to wait, and that's why Novant Health offers online pre-registration so you can get in and out of the doctor's office or hospital and back to your daily routine. Pre-registration is used for appointments scheduled with your primary care provider or for services and procedures at one of our hospitals or imaging centers. Take advantage of this opportunity and fill out the required forms online in advance at your convenience.

  • Decrease your wait time on the day of your appointment.
  • Know your financial responsibilities and be offered financial arrangements prior to your arrival.
  • Learn what to bring such as:  (insurance card, advance directives, payment, if previously arranged).
  • Worry less on the day of your appointment so you can better concentrate on your needs and communicating with your provider.
